When it comes to decorating for Christmas it’s crucial to pick a style and stick to it. Always remember, less is more!
For example, for a traditional Christmas look, you could use big burgundy bows, a set of white lights along with a few golden accessories such as bells and small figurines.
If, on the other hand, a contemporary look is what you favor, you could still use the white lights but chose accessories in a cooler color such as blue and add some tinsel.
For a more environmentally friendly Christmas, the entire family can pitch in to make decorations using recycled materials. Gingerbread men can be used as figurines; the star can be created out of an egg carton; and the garlands made out of painted newspapers.
