Craft materials

•    Coaster (bamboo, cork, wood, plastic)
•    Color pencils
•    Acrylic paint
•    Fine paint brush
•    Container filled with water
•    Dry cloth
•    Paint lacquer or hairspray

This activity allows children to

•    Become more agile and supple in their movements.
•    Develop fine motor skills and their imagination.
•    Learn how to share.

Instructions

•    Trace the outline of your drawing with the color pencils.
•    Paint your drawing with the acrylic paint.
•    Let it dry.
•    Apply the paint lacquer or hairspray to the drawing.

Tip: Paint the outline of the coaster in black or in any dark color to really bring out your drawing.
Idea: You can write little messages on the coasters!
